Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or made-to-order products, and personal care items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

 

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (European Union)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

As stated above, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether your refund has been approved.

Applicable Fees

Please note that the following fees will be deducted from your refund:

• Return shipping fee: $8.00 CAD (flat rate)
• Restocking fee: 10% of the product price

Example: For a $100 product, your refund will be $82 ($100 – $8 – $10).

 

Refund Timing

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
