Processing Times: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times: We ship across Canada via UPS, Canada Post, and other reliable carriers. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Local delivery: 1–2 business days
  • Ontario and neighboring provinces: 3–5 business days
  • Rest of Canada: 5–7 business days

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Local delivery may be available in select areas.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has shipped. You will be able to monitor your package in real time.

 

Fragile Items

Our luminaires are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

 

International Shipping

At this time, we ship within Canada only. Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your province.
