12-Month Limited Warranty
Casa Rose & Lia luminaires are covered by a twelve (12) month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies to the original product purchased directly from Casa Rose & Lia or from an authorized retailer.
It is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser.
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and in accordance with product guidelines.
What the Warranty Covers
This warranty includes:
- Structural defects in the luminaire
- Premature failure due to manufacturing defects
- Issues affecting the normal operation of the included light source
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper handling, drops, or impact
- Incorrect installation
- Use of bulbs not compliant with recommended specifications
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
How to Submit a Claim

Kindly include:
- Proof of purchase
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product
After evaluation, Casa Rosé & Lia will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Or partial or full refund, at our discretion
Casa Rose & Lia’s liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the affected product.
This warranty is in addition to rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
